Nancy Barnes-Ault joined Regions in 2013 and heads community relations for the Midwest and North Carolina markets.
Prior to joining Regions Nancy was the Marketing Director for First Bank handling the Missouri, Illinois, Florida and California markets.
She earned a Bachelor of Business degree from Maryville University in St. Louis.
Barnes-Ault is very passionate about education and workforce development, one of Regions key focus areas. She has been part of the JAG program for the past five years and leads a group of leaders working with Riverview Gardens JAG Specialist to provide resume writing, mock interviewing and job placement for students.
She serves on the Board of Directors of COCA in St. Louis and for the past four years on the committee collaborating with Big Brothers, Big Sisters ABC Today program for University City High School. Nancy leads the Regions Bank program pairing Regions associates as mentors with students for Jennings Junior High School.

JAG pushes us out of our comfort zone. It has truly helped me find my voice. I have learned how to voice my opinions the right way – when to speak and when to listen. Without JAG I have no doubt I would still be living my old life. I wish I could have found my voice sooner, but the important thing now is: I have found it, and I will never let it go.
